Visit of COSY and the experimental installations
The meeting dinner will take place in the casino Aachen. Therefore some regulations for the admittance have to be noticed. It is necessary to have a valid identification card. A sack coat and neck tie (for the gentlemen) and no blue jeans or sportshoes are expected.
Lodging and Travel
Lodging For lodging a number of rooms have been blocked in the Kaiserhof Hotel in Jülich for the time of the meeting at a rate of 130 DM (66.50 EURO) per night including breakfast for a single room and 180 DM (92.03 EURO) for a double.
The reservations will be done by our institute. Please give us the relevant informations. The dates of your arrival and departure and the room category single or double room.
Travel Jülich can be reached by car, railway or plane via airport Düsseldorf or Köln. A detailed description how to find us is given on our homepage. Maps of Jülich and the research center are available.
A pickup service from the railway station and the airports can be arranged. Please communicate to us the date and time of your arrival.
